Rabbi Aaron Goldscheider

Rabbi Aaron Goldscheider received his Rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University in 1993 and since then has devoted the past 20 years to teaching Torah and outreach to the less affiliated. He has served as a synagogue Rabbi both in Florida and in New York. He was the Rabbi of the historic Mt. Kisco Hebrew Congregation in Westchester NY, where he served as spiritual leader for nine years. Together with his family he made aliyah in 2012 and lives in Jerusalem. Since his arrival in Israel he has published ‘The Night That Unites Haggadah’ (Urim Press) and ‘ לילה של אחדות ’ (Yediot Achronot Press) which highlights the teachings of Rav Soloveitchik, Rav Kook and Reb Shlomo Carlebach. He is soon to publish a new book on Chanukah due to be released November 2016. He oversees the ‘Outreach Training Program’ at Yeshiva University’s Gruss Campus working with rabbinical students. He is the founding director of the “In Our Hearts Project” which is dedicated to being a resource in the Jewish community for families that have experienced the loss of a child.
